- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I sent a package to help family after the hurricane. I was told it would sit in a warehouse until it could be delivered. They also took the receiver's phone number (never called her to see if she wanted to pick up.) The box made it to Texas, on that same day the UPS Store in Huber Heights requested it be returned since it wasn't able to be delivered. So, I spent over $100 to ship a package to myself. They offered no solution or any refund. The Texas warehouse even confirmed they had many packages just sitting and being delivered when they could. Someone at THIS store made a mistake and it cost me AND my family on Texas.By Denise Johnson, March 14, 2017
